Hello Friends,
The Emerson is honored to feature two powerful exhibits addressing the Missing and Murdered Indigenous People (MMIP) crisis. Through a variety of media and styles, eleven Indigenous female artists share their stories of about MMIP. These powerful exhibits remind us that missing and murdered individuals are more than a statistic—they are loved and missed members of our collective community.
We invite you to stop by the Emerson to experience these shows in person. We also invite you to join us in early February as we host virtual exhibit tours, artist talks, and a panel discussion focused around MMIP.
With gratitude,
Susan Denson-Guy
