Event Assistance - Help with setup, greeting guests, managing activities, takedown, etc. Available daytime and/or evenings. Sample events: Celebration of the Arts, Christmas Stroll, Lunch on the Lawn, Garden & Home Tour, etc.Docent - Lead gallery tours and facilitate art projects for Schools in the Gallery, program training session required. Available most weekdays between 9AM and 2PM, fall and spring semesters.Gallery Attendant - Open and secure Jessie Wilber Gallery. Answer questions, tally, and direct visitors. Available select Saturdays, mid-morning through mid-afternoon.Art Education Monitor - Check in participants and collect money. Clean and organize studio spaces. Maintain studio rules and use of equipment. Requires commitment for 8-10 week periods.Building Operations - Organizing and filing storage and documents. Maintenance of grounds such as cutting bushes, picking up debris, weeding, sweeping sidewalks, etc. Available weekdays between 9AM and 5PM.
